Complaints

Complaints should be emailed or sent to the CFO complaints manager at the above address or by telephoning the customer service helpline number above. We treat any written or spoken expression of dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Court Funds Office or its staff as a comlaint.

Public Counter area

The public counter area is open to the public from 10 am till 4:30pm. It is situated on the 6th floor of the Court Funds Office. Access is from the south entrance and all visitors must be signed in by security on the ground floor. All visitors must be accompanied when in the building at all times.

Our office is sited on the south side of Kingsway between Aldwych and Holborn.

The Court Funds Office is very accessible by public transport.

The nearest tube stations are: Holborn (Central line) or Temple (Circle/District line).

Buses run along Strand and Fleet Street, or along Holborn. The Court Funds Office has no parking spaces available. The nearest public parking is in Lincoln's Inn Fields. It is a metered parking area and you are not guaranteed a space.
